Laptop on loan
Borrow a free, temporary laptop?
As a UHasselt student, you can borrow a free laptop once during your studies for a specific period of 4 months (subject to availability / while stocks last).
How to apply:
1. Go to the student portal and open the application form.
2. Complete and sign the form.
3. Email the document from your student email address to socialedienst@uhasselt.be.
Important conditions:

Apply personally: We only process applications submitted by you personally. Unfortunately, family members (such as parents or siblings) cannot apply on your behalf.

Use your student email: This prevents your application from accidentally ending up in our spam folder

Please only upload PDF or official files — unfortunately, we cannot process photos or screenshots.

Handy tip — Don't have a scanner? You can use the scanners on campus to digitalise your documents.
Submit your application yourself — We only process applications that you personally submit. A family member (such as a parent, brother, or sister) cannot do this on your behalf.
