EPOC 2030-2050

The EPOC 2030-2050 project under the energy transition fund brings together for the first time in history 14 Belgian research institutes that will jointly improve the current state-of-the art energy models, providing a consistent calculation for the long-term energy future in Belgium.

The Council of Ministers has approved the EPOC 2030-2050 project within the framework of the energy transition fund and on the recommendation of the Minister for Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development Marghem. This project, coordinated by EnergyVille / VITO, brings together for the first time in history 14 Belgian research institutes that will jointly develop energy models to study the Belgian energy future.
