Abstract
René (M.) B.M. de Koster is a professor of logistics and operations management at the Department of Technology and Operations Management, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). Professor de Koster is a leading expert in field of warehouse operations and in understanding human behavior in the practice of operations management. In this lecture series, he will shed light on the latest advances in this research field and on the research opportunities that are highly relevant in logistics practice.
