Abstract
What is SOFIA? Sofia is a mentoring and networking program for women and management in the profit sector. Since 8 years, the research institute SEIN (UHASSELT) organises this program. Aim of this project is the creation of professional networks from and for women. For who? SOFIA is a network for feminin entrepreneurs and women in the management of a company.
