See an overview of the available training in generic competences, open to PhD students and/or postdocs at UHasselt. Generic competences encompass skills, knowledge and attitudes which are not only relevant in an academic research context, but may also be transferred to non-academic work environments. For that reason, they are sometimes also referred to as 'transferable skills'.
