About Steve Van Aelst

Educated in Belgium with a master’s degree in architecture and management, Steve moved from Belgium to UAE in 2007 and to Asia in 2010. He co-founded, together with his business partner Tony Nguyen, Van Aelst I Nguyen & Partners in 2015 with offices in Belgium and Vietnam.

Bringing international design experience and knowledge to each project, Steve’s +20 Years’ experience is worldwide, ranging from Europe to the Middle East and Asia in various stages of the design process from concept design to completion.

Lecture Overview

In the ever-evolving landscape of architecture, the creation of spaces that resonate with individuals on a personal and communal level is more critical than ever.
