Re-Worlding Lecture: Maria Barnas

Re-worlding is a series of seminars and lectures to stimulate reflection and debate on research in art, architecture and design.
 
Maria Barnas (NL, 1973) is a poet and visual artist based in The Netherlands. Her language-based work finds its way into magazines, books, sound-pieces, films and installations. She is head of the temporary master program Approaching Language at Sandberg Institute, Amsterdam and writes about poetry for newspaper NRC Handelsblad. She is editor of literary magazine De Gids.

Re-worlding is co-jointly organised by the University of Hasselt (Faculty of Arts and Architecture), PXL-MAD School of Arts and LUCA School of Arts (Research Unit Inter-Actions).
