What?

The BOF incoming mobility programme finances incoming international mobility for international researchers – from postdoctoral level (postdoc, ZAP ...) , through short stays for limited periods of 1 to 3 months. The stay can take place in 2023. The funding includes:

• A fixed daily allowance  (max. € 1.650/month)
• An intervention in the travel costs for 1 return ticket (fixed amount: € 500 within Europe, € 1.000 outside Europe)

The stay should have an added value to the UHasselt research.
The relevance of the stay for the research group of the promotor should be made evident.

Who?

• Applications should be submitted by an UHasselt promoter, belonging to ZAP
• The stay should have an added value to the UHasselt research. 
• The relevance of the stay for the research group of the promoter should be made evident.

NEW: FWO - Grants for a scientific stay in Flanders
With this new channel, Grant for a scientific stay in Flanders, the FWO expands its portfolio with a channel for individual incoming mobility so that foreign researchers, affiliated to a non-Belgian institution, can apply for a grant for a scientific stay in Flanders.
