What?

The BOF outgoing mobility programme finances outgoing international mobility through short stays for limited periods of 1 to 3 months.  The stay can take place in 2023.  The funding includes:

• A fixed daily allowance (max. € 1.650/month)
• An intervention in the travel costs for 1 return ticket (fixed amount: € 500,- within Europe, € 1.000,- outside Europe)

The stay should be part of the scientific research within the research group/institute.

Who?

• The application for external funding (FWO - Travel Grant for a long stay abroad, Submission deadline: no later than 3 months before departure) is required and is part of the BOF-application;
• Applications can be submitted by UHasselt postdoctoral researchers, Tenure Track-professors, ZAP-track professors and members of ZAP;
• Postdoctoral researchers should submit with a promoter belonging to ZAP UHasselt;
• The stay should be part of the scientific research within the research group/institute;
• The application must be accompanied by a positive advice from the discipline group (vakgroepraad).
