The Research Center for Entrepreneurship and Family Firms (RCEF) was founded in 2005 within UHasselt’s faculty of Business Economics. We are proponents of research with a practical orientation and we are committed to creating impactful and rigorous knowledge. Our approach has fostered growth in our team: the research group currently consists of a permanent base of 10 faculty members, complemented by 1 postdoctoral researcher, as well as a diverse group of doctoral students and affiliated faculty members.
