Book a group work room

The Campus Library Diepenbeek has 10 group study rooms:

• 6 open group study rooms that are freely accessible, each with 6 chairs.
• 4 closed group study rooms that need to be reserved. The closed group study rooms have 8 chairs and are equipped with a projection screen/TV and a flipchart.

Check the availability below and reserve online yourself with your UHasselt student account.

• Only for educational use by a group of at least 3 students.
• Maximum of 4 hours per day per group. Additional hours will be automatically deleted.
• Reservation will be forfeited after 30 minutes of absence.
• The room should be left in its original condition after use.

• You can book a free time slot at any time.
• You will receive a confirmation email of your reservation.
• One hour before the booked time, you will receive a reminder.
• You can easily cancel your reservation.
