Book a group work room
Diepenbeek Campus Library has 10 group study rooms:
- 6 open-access rooms with 6 seats each;
- 4 bookable rooms with 8 seats, a projection screen or TV, and a flipchart.
- Check availability below and book online using your UHasselt account.
- The rooms are reserved for UHasselt students and staff.

Only for educational use by a group of at least 3 students.

Maximum of 4 hours per day per group. Additional hours will be automatically deleted.
- Reservation will be forfeited after 30 minutes of absence.
- The room should be left in its original condition after use.
- You can book a free time slot at any time.
- You will receive a confirmation email of your reservation.
- One hour before the booked time, you will receive a reminder.
- You can easily cancel your reservation.
