2025-11-19: Window works – possible noise disturbance from Friday 21 November

On Friday 21 November, contractors will begin finishing the windows of the University Library. The works will start on the parking side. During this phase, MDF panels will be installed, which may cause some noise in the reading room. 

The reading room will remain open, but additional study spaces are available in rooms B1 and B2.

We understand this may be disruptive, but fortunately it coincides with the final day of the exam period. The sooner the works can start, the sooner they will be completed.
