2026-02-05 : Access to Emerald Management Journals expanded

The University Library is significantly expanding access to Emerald journals. The former packages Emerald Management 120 and Emerald Business, Management & Strategy eJournals are being replaced by the Emerald Management Core Collection.

As a result of this transition, the number of available e-journals increases from 114 to 173 titles. This is a clear added value for research and teaching: researchers benefit from broader and deeper coverage (more relevant titles, more full text) for literature reviews, theory building, and evidence-based studies, while lecturers and students can rely on strong, peer-reviewed core literature for courses, assignments, and thesis work. The collection covers topics such as strategy and organisation, HRM and labour relations, leadership and change management, innovation and entrepreneurship, and information and knowledge management.

Please note: we do not have access to all journals on the Emerald Insight platform - only to the publications included in the Management Core Collection.

You can access these journals via our e-resources list and soon also through the UHasselt Discovery Service and the A-to-Z list of ebooks and journals.
